5 Tips For Beating The Monday Blues

Not everyone’s favourite day…

And understandably!

If you don’t like Mondays ❌

Here’s a few tips for you to make your Mondays more enjoyable

1️⃣ Get out of bed when your alarm goes off. Drink a pint of water. Eat breakfast. Take 5 minutes to relax 🛌

2️⃣ Make more of your commute. Use your time on the train to read a good book! 📚

3️⃣ Start productive. Save the mundane jobs for later in the day! 💁🏼‍♀️

4️⃣ Do something you enjoy. See friends, walk the dog, visit your favourite coffee shop ☕️

5️⃣ Exercise! Did you know exercise releases endorphins that trigger a positive feeling in the body 🏋🏻‍♀️
