– Avoid social events because it will ruin your diet
You need to ask yourself:
– Is this realistic?
– Will you get the results you want?
– Will you be able to keep those results you work hard for?
If the answer is no, then you need a new approach, one that allows you to live your life but also get the results you want
You just need to know how to do it without sabotaging your progress
