You don’t have to live life like a bodybuilder to lose body fat. I was guilty of living the ‘bodybuilding’ life and living in the trenches.., thinking I had to do
❌hours of cardio
❌live on poverty macros
❌Live the the Tupperware life
❌Have no social life
❌Eat clean
The reality is you don’t have to do the above, unless you wanted to compete on a bodybuilding stage and be shredded, you don’t have to go to the extremes.
Eat less and move more over time is not exactly appealing to the majority who want a quick fix, but believe it or not it works. People think you have to ‘grind’ ‘suffer’ and ‘deprive’ yourself…all feelings that will not only cause poor adherence to the diet, it will also stop you from ‘living your best life’, all recipes for disaster.
