Sounds cliche, but ask yourself are you aware ?in the moment ? And in control when you’re eating? It’s easy to be doing something else like being on your phone or watching tv without realising all the calories you’re consuming.

-drink water
-10 cal jelly
-sugar free beverage
-Bulk up meals with green veg
