Hey, I’m Tom, and I started Wellman Fitness back in 2012 with one simple goal:
To help men and women over 30 make themselves a priority. It’s never too late to start feeling your best, inside and out. Whether it’s building strength or rocking the confidence to wear what you love, let’s get you feeling fit, strong, and unstoppable 🚀
In a busy world, I want to show people in Liverpool that it is possible to make time for yourself and stay healthy for the long run.
Here’s what I believe health and fitness is really all about. If any of this resonates with you, we’ll probably get along just fine! 😊
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 & 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞
It’s never too late to become the best version of yourself. No matter your age, you can always improve your fitness, strength, flexibility, and overall health.
𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐧
If you don’t enjoy what you’re doing, what’s the point? Life’s too short. Exercise can be as simple as walking your dog—it doesn’t have to be a crazy intense workout. Find something you enjoy, and keep doing it!
𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝
What’s life without good food, right? Eating well isn’t about restricting yourself—it’s about finding a nutrition plan that works for you, and still allows you to enjoy what you love. Honestly, having a little tub of ice cream every night can help you stay consistent without feeling like you’re missing out….yes, i am guilty 🫣
𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬
Why look and feel good just for a holiday? Why not feel and look amazing all the time? You deserve to feel great every day, not just for a week on the beach!
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐲
It’s the little things you do every day that make the biggest difference. When it becomes a habit, you don’t even notice you’re doing it—but that’s when you start seeing real, lasting results.

Growth happens when you challenge yourself. Public speaking and being on camera are huge fears of mine, so I decided to do something about it. I started recording more videos for my socials, and while the business content was great, the real win was facing that fear and growing my confidence. It felt amazing to know I wasn’t letting fear control me anymore!
It’s a Marathon, Not a Sprint
This is the key to achieving your goals. It’s all about steady progress. Just like:
– Jon, Feidhelm, and Mike, who lost over 2 stone
– Brian, Dean, and Ste, who got lean enough to see visible abs
– Jon, Anna, and Megan, who nailed their first bodyweight chin-up
That’s enough of me rambling on. I’d love to hear more about your journey! It could be a one-sentence reply or a full story—I’ll read it either way!
Tom
