My fitness pal makes tracking calories a doddle, but there’s ways of making it easier
– People are creatures of habit, we tend to eat the same things over and over again. So save recipes or meals so you aren’t constantly having to input every single ingredient of your dinner
– Pre-plan your meals for the next day, then you know exactly how many calories you’re going to have and take out any guess work or ‘missed’ biscuits
– Don’t sync your activity tracker to it, most calorie calculators already take your activity levels into account so you could very easily be over eating without realising
– Don’t guess your serving size, but a set of scales and measure it properly. If you’re going to do it, might as well do it properly. It won’t be long until you know what your serving size should look like
